Kelvin is one of Asia’s most highly regarded traffic and transport engineers, with over 21 years of international consulting experience. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) and a Fellow of Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT), UK. He also has a BEng (Hons) from NUS and a MSc Transport from Imperial College, UK. He is involved in managing and leading high profile projects spanning all aspects transport planning and engineering locally and abroad.
Kelvin’s reputation is further cemented by his glorious wins in Vietnam's Dragon Award, Singapore's Promising SME 500 Top 10 and as Honoree of the Spirit of Enterprise he is often invited to appear on public media throughout SE Asia. Kelvin is also actively involved in various industry forums, charity events and organisations throughout the region.
