On a recent company trip to Da Nang, TTS Group made a visit to the SOS Children's Village Da Nang in Da Nang City. Societas Socialis means socially responsible society, and all SOS Children's Villages strive to help all children around the world by providing them with safe, loving, caring homes.
We were so impressed by the warm welcome of Village Directors and the children who are living in the Village. The entire group clapped very loud consistently until all the TTS Group members sat down. This simple gesture really touched all our hearts.
While presenting the centre with the token of appreciation, the team felt emotional when the director-in-charge of the Village shared some of the stories of these children and described more about the Village.
The TTS team interacted with the kids by playing games, did a dance performance for them, and also brought them toys for the mid-autum festival.
It was very heart-warming and rewarding to see their cheerful smiles and excitement. For some of us, it was an eye-opening experience, and TTS really had a great time at the SOS Village.
