TTS RETREAT 2026 | AUGUST 14–16 🌊☀️BUILD TO LAST, DRIVEN TO THRIVE
Three days and two nights: Endless energy, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Our journey began with an intense Team Building challenge under the blazing sun at Tuan Chau Beach. Six teams, six different colours, but one shared spirit: give their all, fight till the end, and never back down from a challenge!
The competition was fierce, the cheers were loud, and there were plenty of moments where everyone was willing to forget about looking good just to win! It was a beach filled with energy, laughter, and the incredible spirit of TTS.
As the sun began to set, we gathered for a warm and memorable dinner right on the beach. Surrounded by the sound of the waves, each team created and shared their own videos about TTS — a place we are proud to work, grow, and feel belonged.
Day Two brought another wave of excitement!
Nearly 30 pairs took on the challenge of kayaking, competing fiercely while exploring the beautiful waters together. Meanwhile, the little ones had their own adventure on the beach — playing in the sand, enjoying the sea, and making their own happy memories.
Different activities, different experiences, but everyone shared the same excitement of discovering new places and enjoying the journey together.
And then came the Gala Dinner — and what a night it was!
It was more than just a dinner. It was a night of laughter, music, dancing, hand-holding, and unforgettable moments that brought us even closer together.
We were treated to amazing performances from our Singapore office, followed by energetic dances and moments when everyone came together as one. It reminded us of something truly special:
We may have two different offices, but we are ONE TTS. ONE TEAM. ONE FAMILY.
