WES 2025 - Shaping Tomorrow: Engineering Smart Sustainable Cities

Our Managing Director Kelvin Foo and Director You Jin attended the World Engineers Summit (WES) 2025 in Singapore this week.

Organised by the Institution of Engineers, Singapore, the summit brings together global engineers, innovators and leaders to discuss the future of smart, sustainable cities. This year’s theme — “Shaping Tomorrow: Engineering Smart Sustainable Cities” — focuses on building greener, smarter and more resilient urban spaces.

Attending WES 2025 allows our leaders to gain insights into the latest technologies, sustainability practices, and innovations shaping the engineering world. It is a great opportunity to bring fresh ideas and collaborations back to our projects and clients.

Our Manager, Transport Analytics, Shu Hui, also attended the technical visit today. A showcase of Singapore’s first truly smart and sustainable business district, the visit highlighted how digital technology, green design and integrated transport planning come together to create a connected, energy-efficient, and future-ready community.
